About Me
M. Christine Wildman, (AKA ChristArtist)
"Because You are my help, I sing in the shadow of Your wings." – Psalm 63:7
M. Christine Wildman was born in Springfield, Ohio, with deep southern roots through her grandparents. A devoted Christ follower, she acknowledges years of struggle but remains steadfast in leaning on Jesus to stay the course. She gave her life to Christ in 1969 and has been walking with Him ever since.
After serving in the Navy, she married her high school sweetheart, and together they built a family of five children. When ADHD became part of their journey, she embraced homeschooling, ensuring her children received a Christ-centered education.
Christine’s early years were marked by hardship, including trauma that led to undiagnosed PTSD, which only became clear in her 30s. The weight of these experiences ignited a long battle with suicidal thoughts, a struggle that took years to overcome through faith and perseverance.
Her greatest trials came after 40 years of marriage when her beloved husband passed away from cancer. Just 18 months later, their eldest daughter died suddenly from unknown causes. Through these heartbreaking losses, she gained a deep understanding of grief, sorrow, and the pain of losing a child.
Christine has dedicated much of her life to working with children—whether through employment, Sunday school, or homeschooling co-ops. She trained as a wounded healer to walk alongside women facing trauma and crisis, and she served as a counselor at a Crisis Pregnancy Center, offering hope to those in need.
Currently studying art therapy—not as a doctor, but as a way to help women rediscover their God-given creativity and healing—Christine has had her artwork displayed in doctors' offices and private homes, where it has been described as bringing peace and comfort to viewers.

"The Lord does not give me rules, but He makes His standard very clear. If my relationship to Him is that of love, I will do what He says without hesitation. If I hesitate, it is because I love someone I have placed in competition with Him, namely, myself." – My Utmost for His Highest:

What is the WildBerry Patch
This is a place for the wanderers and the wounded, for those who’ve loved Jesus but felt lost in His house. For the ones carrying questions no one dared to answer, and the ones who sat in silence because their story was “too much.”
The WildBerry Patch was planted for you.
Here, faith doesn’t come wrapped in plastic smiles or perfect Sunday dresses. Here, we sip tea with our doubts, crack open the Bible with trembling hands, and believe—somehow—that grace can still find us in the thorns.
We talk about the things polite religion avoids: trauma, mental illness, suicide, racism, shame. Not to stir trouble, but to sit in the places where pain lives and whisper: “You are still welcome here.”
This isn’t a ministry of answers—it’s a gathering of hearts where you can breathe, learn to hope again, and hear the voice of Jesus in the quiet.
There’s healing here. There’s beauty in your becoming. There’s room for you among the wildberries.
Come as you are.
I'm leaning towards those that are new to the bible, or want easier answers up front - the study guide is quite simple.
